National Investments Company announces that it made an investment in a portfolio of USA multiple use real estate property project in along with GFH Capital – Dubai which is wholly owned by Gulf Finance House – Bahrain. NIC has, along with its clients, invested 14.85 million USD, an investment which will be recorded on quarter 1 of 2015. The expected annual return is 8% – 9% if the project reaches its target occupancy rates.
