With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism, we would like to declare that National Investments Company and one of its subsidiaries had signed an agreement to exit from one of its investments, amounting to approximately 5.9 million Euros, resulting a profit amount of 1.78 million Euros will be generated and booked as profit for the third quarter of 2015.
