With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism, we would like to inform you that National Investments Company announces that one of its fully owned subsidiaries in Lebanon has sold one of its properties for an amount of USD 2.7 million, which will have a net profit of around USD 1.4 million that will be included in the third quarter of 2015.
