With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism, and our previous disclosures regarding the court decision in favor of NIC in the legal case number 953/2014, partial appeal/3, raised against Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P). Accordingly, Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P) has submitted an objection to the cassation under number 554/2015 Commercial / 4 for the verdict issued on 3/3/2015 and determining a session on 14/5/2015 to request to stop the execution of the verdict. During this session, the cassation court has decided to refuse the request to stop the execution. We will re-disclose once there are any updates in this regard.
