With reference to the above subject, regarding the court decision in favor of NIC in the legal case number 953/2014, partial appeal/3, raised against Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P), which is mentioned in our previous disclosures, Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P) has submitted an objection regarding the execution of the verdict issued on 3/3/2015 and determining a session on 30/4/2015 to hear the case. We would like to inform you that the court has decided to postpone the hearing of objection to 7/5/2015 in order to exchange the views. During the session on 7/5/2015, the court has decided as well to postpone the hearing of the objection to 4/6/2015 in order to exchange the views. We will re-disclose once there are any updates in this regard.
