In reference to the instructions of the Capital Markets Authority regarding the disclosure of the material information and the mechanism of its announcement, please note that one of the unlisted companies of National Investments Company has purchased 4.3% of the shares of First Real Estate Investment Company (Unlisted Company) for a total amount of KD 683 thousand. Accordingly, the total ownership of National Investments Company and its subsidiaries is 29.8%, noting that the mentioned company is registered in the company’s document we have as an associate and will continue as such after the purchase.
