The Board of Directors of Alrai Media Group Company (“Alrai”, or the “Company”) is pleased to invite all shareholders who are registered in Alrai’s shareholders’ register as of 27 May 2024 (“Record Date”), to subscribe to the offering shares.
Shareholders recorded in the Company’s shareholders’ register with the Kuwait Clearing Company as of the Record Date, have the right to subscribe to up to approximately 11.6% of their holding. The subscription period begins on Sunday, 2nd Jun 2024 until Tuesday, 25th June 2024 (inclusive).
