Reference to the above mentioned subject & CMA regulations #( ه.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on disclosure of material information, please note that National Investments Company has received a notice for collection of 688 thousand USD, as its share from the proceeds collected from the liquidation of one of its investments in the United States. This amount will recorded as a net gain during the third quarter of 2015 in the interim financial statements ending 30/09/2015.
