With reference to the abovementioned subject, and the CMA regulations issued on November 9, 2015, module number ten”Disclosure and Transparency” on the disclosure of material information. Following our previous disclosure dd: 27/11/2018, NIC announces receiving an amount of KD 1.085 million from the liquidation committee of GIC (Gulf Investment Co. – Bahraini closed joint stock company under liquidation) for part of its debt in the aforementioned company.

The amount of KD 1.085 K will be recorded as profit in our Income Statement.
