Following our previous disclosure dd: 19/1/2015 & 10/11/2016, NIC announces that one of its subsidiaries – after acquiring the approval of the Central Bank of Lebanon- has finalized the issuance of shares certificate of NBK-Lebanon (Closed Joint Stock Co.).
No financial impact is existing till date, and will be disclosed at a later stage if applicable.
