With reference to the abovementioned subject, and CMA regulations issued on November 9, 2015, module No. 10″Disclosure and Transparency” on the disclosure of material information, NIC would like to disclose that the lawsuit No106/2019 (Trial court commercial, Civil General and governmental/9) filed against the company by one of NIC clients, requesting delegation of an expert for assessment the final compensation. In 4th of November 2020 the court has decided that Final Court hearing date will be held at 25th of November 2020.

Financial impact of the above cannot be identified till a final judgment is issued.
