With reference to the above mentioned subject, and the CMA regulations issued on November 9, 2015, module ten”disclosure and transparency” on the disclosure of material information, we would like to inform you that a verdict has been rendered regarding the lawsuit no. 2017/2843 commercial civil government, against some board members of Dar Investment Company and others. The preliminary verdict has ruled for dismissal of the legal right to litigate for passage of time. The appeal verdict has ruled the annulment of the preliminary verdict and obligation of the first to fourth defendants to serve the plaintiff with a temporary compensation of 5001 KD, in addition to the related expenses and 300 KD as the actual legal fees.

There is no material financial impact for this verdict at the moment. It should be noted that the company will proceed in filing compensatory lawsuits in case the enclosed verdict is enforced by the final court.
