With reference to the abovementioned subject, and the CMA regulations issued on November 9, 2015, module ten”disclosure and transparency” on the disclosure of material information, we would like to inform you that a verdict has been rendered in the lawsuit no. 2019/195 Capital Markets after the appointment of an expert, considering NIC has filed a lawsuit against a Kuwaiti company that manages an investment that belongs to NIC in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The letter of the verdict is as follows:

First: dismiss the aggressive intervention of United Healthcare Holding Company in the lawsuit and dismiss its involvement of Burgan Bank and the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Second: require the defendant company (Cap Corp Investment Company) to pay an amount of 5,000 KD to the plaintiff company (National Investments Company) as an enforceable temporary compensation, and require the defendant to pay the expenses as well as an amount of 300 KD as legal fees.

The financial impact cannot be determined before the final verdict is rendered.
