With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism, National Investments Company, acting as the liquidator of Wataniya Cash Fund and the fact that the fund is one of the creditors of Al Dar Investment Company, announces the rejection of the proposed debt settlement submitted by Al Dar Investment Company, which was displayed during the meeting between the company and its’ creditors in UAE on January 21, 2015. It also announces its mentioned determination to take all available judicial procedures against Al Dar Investment Company to maintain the Fund’s right.
