Reference to the abovementioned subject and to CMA regulations issued in 9/11/2015 module #10″Disclosure & Transparency” regarding the disclosure of material information, we here disclose the approval of CMA to cancel the registration of Mr. Ahmad Abdulqader Mohammad as one of the executives due to the abolishment of such purpose.
