National Investments Company would like to declare that it has invested in purchasing 3 real estate properties for a total of 4,700,000 KD. This comprises of 2 properties fully rented, located in”Mahbola” area with an expected annual return of 7%, which will have a positive impact on the company’s financial position starting from December 2014. The third property is located in”Salmiya” area and will be under renovation , hence the positive financial impact cannot be currently determined.
