Reference to National Investments Company disclosure dated 25/9/2016 , we would like to confirm that one of our clients has authorized us to proceed with the execution of the purchase of 268,496,544 shares of Kuwait Food Company”Americana” from one of NIC’s clients directly and indirectly at the price of KD 2.650 per share. In that regard, NIC will complete all procedures related to the said deal and officially communicate with concerned parties in accordance to the followed procedures. We shall be disclosing any updates related to said deal on continuous basis, noting that till date , there is no financial impact on NIC.
