With reference to the above mentioned subject, and to CMA instructions number(هـ .أ.م. / ق.ر. / إ.م. / 2012/2/2) regarding the disclosure of material information, We hereby declare that one of NIC’s fully owned subsidiaries located in the republic of Lebanon, has sold one of its real estate assets unit for an amount of 1,950,000 USD. The sale transaction would result in a net profit amount of approximately 690,000 USD which would be recorded in Q4 2014 financial position.
