With reference to the abovementioned subject, and the CMA regulation issued on November 9, 2015, book number ten”disclosure and transparency” on the disclosure of material information, we here clarify that what was published in one of the local newspapers on 18/09/2016 about our company. One of NIC roles as an investment company is to open investment portfolios to clients and report the same to the regulatory authorities. We have not till date received any information from the clients related to buying or selling said shares. NIC will follow the required procedures in case of any updates. We also need to clarify that what was published in the paper regarding our advisory services provided in the deal and the General Assembly arrangement is False. We did not agree on such roles till date, and we did not receive any commission that can have an impact on our financial status.
