NIC declares that it has signed a contract with (Back Combined General Trading & Contracting Co.) for the development of”Khaleejia square” fronting Khaleejia tower for an approximate amount of 550 Thousand KD. The project will include different activities in one place serving stores, restaurants, and cafes of the complex. It’s also worth mentioning that we have started renting the empty areas in Khaleejia mall and we already signed with some brands. The positive financial impact cannot be currently determined, and will be disclosed at a later stage if material.
