With reference to the above mentioned subject, and to CMA instructions number(هـ .أ.م. / ق.ر. / إ.م. / 2012/2/2) regarding the disclosure of material information, We hereby declare that the board of directors has agreed during its meeting held on 23/7/2014 to the resignation of Mr. Suliman Khaled Al Sahli from the board of directors as Vice chairman position for personal reasons. Further, the board of directors has agreed on choosing Mr. Mohanad Al Kharafi to hold Vice chairman Position as he is a current member in the board of directors.
