With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism, and our previous disclosures on 17/9/2015 regarding the determination of a session for the objection of appeal set by one of the parties against National Investments Company. We would like to inform you that the court has reserved the case for the judgement during the session of 12/11/2015. Further, NIC has taken all the necessary legal actions in this regard. We will re-disclose once there are any updates in this case.
