With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism (Handling with the rumors and news), commenting on the news in Al Qabas newspaper on 30/7/2015 publication number 15144, economic section page 23, regarding the payment done by NIC to Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P) of an amount USD 11.2 million as a down payment which represents 50% of the total debt. We would like to inform you that the news mentioned in the abovementioned newspaper is inaccurate and the correct news is as follow: Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P) has made a cash down payment of USD 11,250,000 on 28/7/2015 as a part of the debt in favor of NIC, which represents 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount will be paid as quarterly installments over a period ending on 30/9/2016 as mentioned in our previous disclosure on 29/7/2015 number (13-2/3208). Further, Al-Qabas newspaper has made noteworthy and apologize for the above-mentioned news on Friday, 31/07/2015.
