Invitation to the Shareholders of National Consumer Holding Company K.P.S.C. to Participate in the Capital Increase

The Board of Directors of National Holding Consumer Company (“NCHC”, or the “Company”) is pleased to invite all shareholders who are registered in the NCHC’s shareholders’ register as of 22 June 2022 (“Record Date”), to subscribe to the offering shares.

Shareholders recorded in the Company’s shareholders’ register with the Kuwait Clearing Company as of the Record Date of 22 June 2022, have the right to subscribe to up to approximately 233.333% of their holding. The Subscription Period begins on Thursday, 23rd June 2022 until Thursday, 7^th July 2022 (inclusive).
