National Investments Company appoints Executive Vice President – Investment Banking Sector

As part of strengthening its administrative team and developing the business environment in order to achieve the Companys strategies in the best possible manner, National Investments Company (NIC) announced that it appointed Mr. Sohail Ladha as Executive Vice President – Investment Banking Sector, affirming that the company always seeks to enhance its leading position by engaging members that provide a more professional environment which enables it to navigate its customers peacefully amid the waves of economic challenges during the current period, which in turn positively affects the companys work team and clients of various segments, locally and regionally.

The Investment Banking Sector at NIC is concerned with assisting clients create and identify opportunities for good business, structuring capital, and securing financing for achieving growth and development. NIC also provides its corporate clients with integrated advisory services, including financial restructuring that aims to achieve the highest returns for shareholders.

During his career experience which exceeds 14 years, Mr. Ladha has successfully executed numerous transactions, including: executing mergers and acquisitions, restructuring companies, capital increase, preparing feasibility studies for projects, developing valuation studies, and developing and implementing strategies for clients. Mr. Ladha holds a BSc and MSc in Economics (2004) from the London School of Economics. He also has Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate.

Mr. Fahad Al-Mukhaizim, Chief Executive Officer of NIC, expressed his pleasure for joining Mr. Ladha to NIC, saying, “We welcome joining Mr. Ladha to NIC team and based on the extensive expertise he has in the Investment Banking, we consider him a positive addition to NIC existing human resources”.
