NIC management announces partial exit from its strategic stake in Kuwait Al Areen Real Estate Company. The proceeds of this transaction amounted to KD 5 million. NIC will record during the third quarter total realized gain of KD 596,409 which will further enable the company to continue maintaining a strong finance position. The partial exit of NIC’s stake in Al Areen is in line with the strategic action plan launched by the management in the second quarter of 2012.
