With reference to the abovementioned subject, and the CMA regulations issued on November 9, 2015, Module Ten”Disclosure and Transparency” on the disclosure of material information, NIC would like to clear about issuance of an inferior court judgment on 11/25/2020 in Case No. 109/2016 (Trial court commercial, Civil General and governmental/9) against the company and another in favor of one of the company’s clients and another company. with of pay two million and eighty-seven thousand five hundred dinars only as a Final compensation with deduction of the previous temporary compensation.

Financial impact of the above cannot be identified till a final judgment is issued.
