With reference to the above subject, and the CMA regulations number (هـ.أ.م/ق.ر./إ.م/2/2012) on the disclosure of material information and the announcement mechanism,and our previous disclosure on 4/3/2015 regarding the court decision in favor of NIC in the legal case number 953/2014, partial appeal/3, raised against Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P).The Court obliged Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. (K.S.C.P) to pay for National Investments Company a sum of USD 22,500,000 plus KD 2,000 as attorney’s fees. Noting that the amount of direct investment for NIC in this project was USD 13,951,000 and the remaining amount was registered in the name of NIC clients’ account.Based on the mentioned above information Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. has challenged the appeal according to the following:Seeking reconsideration on appeal No. 411/2015, court hearing scheduled on 5/5/2015 Objection on execution of judgment No. 1066/2015 , court hearing scheduled on 30/4/2015 Cassation of judgment No.470 and NO. 554/2015commercial cassation, court hearing not decided yet as it is upon consideration. Furthermore a court hearing has been decided on 16/4/2015 upon the commercial cassation court, regarding the discussion of the urgent matter of pausing the execution rule, and the court rejected such request.We have mentioned in our earlier disclosure that it is difficult to identify the positive financial impact until the execution procedures are fully implemented. Further, we will disclose once any update occurs.
