Invitation to the Shareholders of Al Eid Foods Co. K.S.C.P. to Participate in the Capital Increase

The Board of Directors of Al Eid Foods Co. K.S.C.P. (“Al Eid”, or the “Company”) is pleased to invite all shareholders who are registered in Al Eid’s shareholders’ register as of 16 November 2023 (“Record Date”), to subscribe to the offering shares.

Shareholders recorded in the Company’s shareholders’ register with the Kuwait Clearing Company as of the Record Date of 16 November 2023, have the right to subscribe to up to approximately 62.92% of their holding. The Subscription Period begins on Sunday, 19^th November 2023 until Sunday, 3^rd December 2023 (inclusive).
